Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it immediately. However, you can still return the product once delivered, provided it meets our return criteria.

Return & Refund Policy

At Shreya Vision Care, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-7 business days).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made prescription lenses (unless there is a verified manufacturing defect).
  • Personal care goods or items that have been used/opened.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
